Midwest Traffic just finished up a traffic impact statement for a small office building in Palm Springs, Palm Beach County, Florida. The analysis showed that the traffic from the office building would have a negligible effect on the surrounding roadways.
Last week, Midwest Traffic completed a traffic impact study for a 160-acre mixed-use development in Williston, ND. That site is located in western North Dakota, which is experiencing incredible growth from the Bakken Formation.

Midwest Traffic just completed a traffic impact study for a 530-acre, major mixed-use development in Williston, North Dakota. This great project is located on a major highway into town, and will have access to the proposed Northwest Bypass. The development will have over 1,200 residential units, and over 1 million square feet of retail.
